Multi Level Marketing Team Engagement
Team Portals & Collaboration.
UBAM DREAMERS was an interesting project where we created a Team Portal for an Usborne Books and More Independent Consultant and her team.
Many MLM Consultants who want to drive team Engagement and Sales utilize a variety of methods, many are segmented across a variety of free service platforms. If you need help managing them independently or want an integrated solutions, we can support here at Morrison Digital Marketing.
This MLM client had a problem, she was using a combination of FaceBook Groups, multiple free training services, Google drive, gmail, various calendar services, event services, ad services, etc. Overall her current use of free and freemium solutions left her and her team feeling segmented, confused, and overall it resulted in a loss of traction, engagement, and sales from her team.
The client came to Morrison Digital Marketing and we spent a few hours (literally) just going through all the services she was already using to try to engage her team. The list was exhausing for us and for her to demo. We could see that she was clearly spending time managing the back end and not being able focus on actually growing her business and increasing sales.
We proposed and built a custom team portal which was constructed on a WordPress CRM framework and featured integrated training, collaborative forums, strategy repository, swipe files, and information sharing.
The custom Team Portal Launchpad, was built using Moodle which is a platform used by many primary and university education institutions, to create a private space online, filled with tools that easily create courses and activities, optimized for collaborative learning.
But the benefits of this portal didn’t stop there. She also wanted a public facing page which had the ability to tie into the Usborne Books and More consultant sales page, Event Listings, Facebook integration, information for perspective consultants, and sales and list building funnels drive business and sign ups.
According to client testimonial, after the transition the new site business and productivity flourished driving sales to over $500,000 in book sales that year, and on to over $1M in the following years.
This strategy allows the consultants and business owners to release the management of the back end to automation and a marketing management company, while they focus on their core business and growth.
